#52: Hasselblad

Hasselblad

Another camera fix, this time based loosely on the Hasselblad 500c.

#50: Turntable #1

Turntable #1

Here's my attempt at making a turntable using white & black BluTack.
The backdrop is the cover of a Cutting Crew LP.

#49: Turntable #2

Turntable #2

A closer, if not, more conventional angle...

#48: Converse

Converse

A few friends recently bought me some coloured BluTack.
So I made this...

#46: Elephant

Elephant

Did these following two pieces for my son.
This elephant was inspired by the print on his tee...

Dearly Beheaded

This is what happens when I get bored with my old BT pieces...

#43: Stiffy

Stiffy

I guess that's the reaction male dinosaurs get when they meet their female counterparts...

#42: Owl

Owl

Just for the record, I didn't do this. It was done by a colleague of mine, which I must say it's pretty well done. Add it to a dried-up branch & voila! An art piece huh?

But it got me thinking: I wouldn't mind putting up photos of your BluTack creation (if you've any) right over here. It'd be kinda fun...

Go on, y'know you can do it. Set your creative self free...

#41: Tea

Tea

"Would you like some tea to go with your ramen, sir?"

#40: Ramen

Ramen

Oh how I wish I could travel to Japan again.
In the meantime, I guess I'll have to settle for this bowl of ramen then.

#39: Worm

Worm

Say hello to wormie.
Another one of my let's-entertain-the-kids piece.

#38: Motorbike

Motorbike

This one came about because a friend asked me to make a scooter, which I failed miserably. So out of frustration, I made a motorbike instead.

In case you're wondering how big this is, the rear wheel is about the size of a ten cent coin.

Hope you like this, Jo...

#37: Doggie

Doggie

Remember back then as a kid there's this toy dog where you can press the bottom & the dog will just tumble? Well yeah, I tried to do one based on that. Didn't quite turn out the way I wanted, plus the dog couldn't stand up long enough for me to take a proper photo.

This pic is one of the last moments of the dog before it crumbled.

Ain't that a bit too heavy for ya?

Play

Here're the figures again from the Carry Me set, before they were put together.

#33: Dragonslayer

Dragonslayer

Something that reminds me of the early days of Dungeons & Dragons. And that's not a horse, by the way...

#32: Chanel Bag

Chanel Bag

I never thought I'd make a bag, let alone a Chanel 2.55. But yeah I did it & it was pretty ok. Only bit is I can't do the chain strap so I make do with a rope-like one instead. The logo is kinda odd too, which was damn difficult to make considering the size of this piece is smaller than my thumb.

This one is for you, Esther...

#31: Octopus

Octopus

Can't really remember how this one came about.
I think my sis-in-law suggested I make an octopus.
So here it is...

#30: Wardrobe Jesus #1

Wardrobe Jesus #1

I did this piece based on Christ on the cross, using the shelves on the wardrobe as part of the cross. Hence, the name Wardrobe Jesus. Please don't write to me on being disrespectful & stuff, coz I'm not.

Wardrobe Jesus #2
