Just for the record, I didn't do this. It was done by a colleague of mine, which I must say it's pretty well done. Add it to a dried-up branch & voila! An art piece huh?
But it got me thinking: I wouldn't mind putting up photos of your BluTack creation (if you've any) right over here. It'd be kinda fun...
Go on, y'know you can do it. Set your creative self free...
Remember back then as a kid there's this toy dog where you can press the bottom & the dog will just tumble? Well yeah, I tried to do one based on that. Didn't quite turn out the way I wanted, plus the dog couldn't stand up long enough for me to take a proper photo.
This pic is one of the last moments of the dog before it crumbled.
I never thought I'd make a bag, let alone a Chanel 2.55. But yeah I did it & it was pretty ok.Only bit is I can't do the chain strap so I make do with a rope-like one instead. The logo is kinda odd too, which was damn difficult to make considering the size of this piece is smaller than my thumb.
I did this piece based on Christ on the cross, using the shelves on the wardrobe as part of the cross. Hence, the name Wardrobe Jesus. Please don't write to me on being disrespectful & stuff, coz I'm not.
Here's another piece I did while waiting in queue that day for tickets to a Gaiman talk.It was a pretty hot day so I whipped out the 'tack just to keep myself entertained. Love the white wall in contrast with the blue...
It's funny how this piece didn't start off as being a fountain. I was trying to make a tree. But the wife said it resembled more like a water spring. So there...The Fountain.
